New island bench set out on the bare slab, then finished with stone tops, full-height joinery and timber-look flooring.
Structural alterations
Load-bearing wall removed and beams installed, opening the level into one space with new flooring and a built-in bar.

Inset bath and mosaic floor replaced with a frameless shower, wall-hung vanity and stone-look tiling.
